WARRANTY & PARTS ADMINSTRATOR (ROWRAH)
Our Busy Service department at our Rowrah site is looking for Warranty & Parts Administrator
To work between our workshop, parts and service team.
To come into a roll of supporting our aftersales business with the day to day customer handling & administrative activities within our parts, warranty and service departments.
You will be taking calls, ordering parts, speaking to customers, coordinating warranty and aftersales programmes including data input , monitoring stock levels, preparing logistics shipments and more…
This job is for a customer focused, well organised and methodical person who can work under pressure and be part of a team delivering our renowned customer focussed vehicle ownership experience.
Attributes of benefit –
Customer service experience and understanding of customer focussed procedures
Attention to detail and good organisational skills
Good knowledge of IT and Windows based systems with a keen eye for data input and computer driven reporting tools
Knowledge or past experience of claims handling and asset management
A confident and professional telephone manner
An experience of working in a retail or aftersales setting
An ability to work to timeframes and be comfortable in a fast paced working environment
An ability to adapt to new situations as they develop and work as a team to achieve a positive outcome for our customers and our business.
